The menu at The Mendip Inn is designed seasonally by our Head Chef to highlight local Somerset produce and the fabulous flavours of the British seasons.
Using locally sourced ingredients, butcher's choice meat and the tastiest of vegetables on offer, the kitchen team support British farmers and where possbile buy from artisan producers. Quality and simplicity, crafting beautiful dishes that are mouth-wateringly good is the foundation upon which our kitchen works.
Fresh fish and unusual cuts of meat feature prominently on our special boards, where the Head Chef creates a constantly changing menu in tandem with the seasons, uses natural ingredients in their prime as well as game throughout the autumn.
Dining times: Monday to Friday 12pm to 2.30pm and 6pmn to 9pm
